I love outdoors running! There’s just so much to take in, so much to see. You can people watch or admire the scenery and mother nature and the green trees calm you down. Beats running on a treadmill anytime!

did the treadmill hills running tonight for 500 calories
then switched over to cross country hills on elliptical for 500 calories
Feel less guilty about the mellow mushroom I had now, haha. Felt good to have a long cardio session. Also did a horizontal conditioning DVD for my abs.
