Hello, first off congrats on your achivements!. I was wondering what exercises you did and did you say you worked out an hour a day? Also would you recommend the jillan micheals dvds for exercise?? thank you so much.
thank you!!! I use to workout for an hour a day, that was when the gym was right below me. I would watch tv and do a hill interval on elliptical and then move over to the treadmill for 30 minutes for light running. I keep apps on my phone, like NTC and Free 10 minute ab, leg, arms, etc so that I can do those anywhere.
I would absolutely recommend JM dvds. I love her shorter ones, they are hard but at least its over faster, haha. 30 day shred is great, by far the best I think. I also like her fat burner one. Other great DVDs are Horizontal Conditioning. My neighbor started the concept and it’s the hardest workout I’ve ever tried. Hands down.
