burned 1000 calories tonight
did the treadmill hills running tonight for 500 calories then switched over to cross country hills on elliptical for 500 calories Feel less guilty about the mellow mushroom I had now, haha. Felt good to have a long cardio session. Also did a horizontal conditioning DVD for my abs.
